Trampoline Courts
The latest business coming to the Black Horse Pike commercial corridor will bring more fun and energy to one of its retail centers. Fun City Adventure Park will offer trampoline courts and other attractions in a 36,500-square-foot space at Union Lake Crossing Shopping Center. The company, which recently debuted in Blackwood, points to a mid-2023 opening at the Millville complex, which is owned by Irgang Group of Nyack, New York.
The new site is expected to drive traffic to existing tenants and lengthen the time shopper stay at the 393,000-square-foot power center, according to Irgang. The center is home to ShopRite, Kohl’s, Ross Dress For Less, PetSmart, Staples, and shadow anchor Target. The addition of Fun City should also boost the appeal of the center to prospective retailers, Irgang added.
Ninja Course

However, it’s important to note that this ninja course is not suitable for wet weather and has a maximum weight limit of 300 pounds. It also requires some maintenance to keep it in good shape.
Climbing Wall
When entering Funcity from the parking lot you see seating, video games, the front desk, and party rooms. What you don’t see is the full kid’s indoor adventure sections which start deep behind that and include a large variety of floor-based trampolines, unique ball pits, ninja-style courses, and much more! The back corner also features a really cool climbing wall which kids seem to love. The right side of the 40,000 sq ft property has higher ceilings than the left which they smartly used for the tall play equipment!

The indoor adventure park occupies a 36,500-square-foot space that was formerly occupied by Dick’s Sporting Goods in the Union Lake Crossing shopping center. It is scheduled to open in mid-2023.
The chain’s existing 20 locations include trampoline courts, a Ninja course and arcades, and the company says it has 14 additional sites under construction or with signed leases. The Millville site should help drive traffic to existing retailers and lengthen their customers’ stays, according to the property owner. The center is owned by Irgang Group and managed by R.J. Brunelli & Co.
Party Rooms
The 40,000-square-foot facility features loads of attractions including an arcade, playground, ninja course, trampoline courts, dodgeball, and bumper ball. The park can also be booked for special events like birthday parties.
42Freeway stopped in for a quick look today and found the new Funcity Adventure Park in Washington Township on the Black Horse Pike (Ganttown Plaza). It’s a full kid’s indoor adventure park. The front seating area and video games represent the entrance and party rooms with the full kid’s adventure areas being deep behind that. Those sections include a cool climbing slide ball pit, a ninja-style course, and a really high block-building section.
Irgang Group recently signed a lease with the family entertainment brand to anchor Union Lake Crossing, the Millville-Vineland power center. Fun City will occupy most of the former Dick’s Sporting Goods space and will join ShopRite, Kohl’s, Ross Dress For Less, PetSmart, Staples, Boot Barn, Famous Footwear, Five Below, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Sonic.
